This unpeated Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain has a nose full of caramel, toffee, dried fruits, and a hint of potpourri spices. The taste is mouth-coating with a delayed burst of baking spices balanced by figs, toffee, caramel, and charred oak. The finish is very long with lingering spices, toffee, and figs in good balance.
