This cask-strength Bourbon selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell has a classic Bourbon nose with touches of caramel, honey, brown sugar, and hints of apples and peaches. The taste is thick and chewy with white pepper, allspice, and a hint of cinnamon spices that fade slowly to reveal honey, apples, and peaches. The finish is long with lingering spices and tree fruits. Excellent! (September, 2023)
