Country: Scotland

Region: Highlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Dràm Mòr Group

ABV: 57.1%

Score: 91 Points

This single cask Glen Garioch bottling was matured in an ex-Islay peated cask, and there’s a subtle hint of charred oak on the nose along with dried fruits and a nice maltiness. The taste is thick, creamy, and slightly smoky with subtle spices, red apples, pears, and a hint of caramel candy. The finish is long and woody with a kiss of smoke. (July, 2023)
