Amrut Master Distiller Ashok Chokalingam selected this single cask bottling. The nose has touches of warm honey, black tea, dried fruits, and a hint of ginger. The taste is thick and chewy with black pepper, allspice, dried fruits, honey, and black tea. The finish is long with lingering spices and dried fruits. Very nice! (July, 2023)
