This blend of Irish single pot still and grain whiskies with American-made Bourbon has a nose full of caramel, red apples, butterscotch, and subtle spices. The taste has notes of baking spices, caramel candy, red apples, honey, and butterscotch. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices. Very nice! (July, 2023)
