This 36-year-old blended Scotch comes from casks in the Gordon family’s private collection, and the nose has a subtle flintiness with touches of dried grass and old leather. The taste starts off sweet, followed by a touch of star anise along with pineapple and banana notes. The finish is tart and mouth-watering with touches of pineapple and banana. Outstanding!
