This 8-year-old single malt is finished in an Oloroso Sherry cask, and the nose has touches of cooked fruits, oak tannins, plums, and raisins. The taste is thick and unctuous, with notes of plums, raisins, and dried fruits balanced by white pepper, honey, and oak. The finish has lingering spices with raisins, plums, and a hint of apricots.
