This annual release comes from casks filled in 2005, with a finishing period in Montilla Fino Sherry casks. The nose is warm and fruity with touches of dates, figs, plums, and a hint of molasses. The taste has notes of black cherries, raspberry jam, and a hint of strawberries balanced by hints of figs, dates, and honey in the background. The finish is long, fruity, and luscious!
