The 2020 edition of Michter’s 10-year-old Bourbon is, as always, a single barrel release. The nose on this edition has notes of caramel, brown sugar, oak, and hints of spices. The taste has spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper balanced by caramel, honey, brown sugar, and a touch of oak. The finish is long with gently fading spices and touches of caramel and brown sugar in the background. (August, 2020)
