This California Rye whiskey is bottled at just over two years of age, and the nose has notes of apple pie, coffee beans, and hints of leather, tobacco, and cedar shavings. The taste has good touches of baking spices, honey, and hints of coconut and dried fruits that come out as the spices fade. The finish has lingering spices and hints of peaches and apples.
