Like the Tincup Bourbon, this whiskey comes from MGP in Indiana and is cut to bottling strength with Colorado spring water. The nose has notes of baking spices, a hint of dill and a slightly earthy character with a touch of brown sugar. The taste has good spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice complemented by sweeter notes of honey, vanilla, and brown sugar underneath. The finish is long with lingering spices. (April, 2020)
