Flóki Single Malt
Country: Iceland
Region:
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 47%
Score: 89 Points
This Icelandic single malt is a little over three years old, and the nose is malty with lots of barley sugar, toasted caramel, oak, honey, and muted spices. The taste has honey and barley sugar sweetness balanced by clove, allspice, and hints of caramel and butterscotch that come out as the spices start to fade. The finish is medium-length with lingering sweetness and a hint of spice. (March, 2020)
