Hinch Single Pot Still
Country: Ireland
Region:
Type: Single Pot Still
Bottler: Hinch Distillery Company
ABV: 43%
Score: 88 Points
This is one of the sourced Irish Whiskeys Hinch Distillery is producing while building its own distillery in Northern Ireland and maturing its own stocks. The nose is light and clean with subtle baking spices, honey, and vanilla. The taste has good spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, anise, and allspice along with hints of tree fruits, honey, and vanilla in the background. The finish is medium-length with gently fading spices.
