Wolfburn No. 375
Country: Scotland
Region: Highlands
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 46%
Score: 89 Points
One of Wolfburn’s small batch releases matured in half-size first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, with a light and crisp nose with hints of dried fruits, honey, caramel, and a hint of toffee. The taste is warm and peppery – balanced by sweet notes of honey and tree fruits that come out as the spices start to fade. The finish is long with slowly fading spices and a nice balance of honey, caramel, and dried fruits. (January, 2020)
