This Bourbon is a blend of straight Bourbons from distilleries in Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky blended at Widow Jane in Brooklyn, New York. The nose has notes of cocoa beans, dark chocolate, tobacco leaves, and molasses cookies. The taste has a thick and chewy mouthfeel with touches of black cherries, dark chocolate, muted spices, and a hint of oak tannins. The finish is medium-length with a good balance of oak, spices, and cherries. (January, 2020)
