Lark Classic Cask
Country: Australia
Region: Tasmania
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 43%
Score: 92 Points
This is one of the whiskies that has helped put Tasmania on the world’s whisky radar. The nose has notes of peaches, lemon custard, muted spices, honeysuckle, and dried flowers. The taste is fruity and floral with a good maltiness, tree fruits, and dried flowers, while a touch of charred oak in the background helps provide a nice overall balance. The finish is long, fruity, and vibrant with hints of spice and oak. (December, 2019)
