This single barrel wheat whiskey has a smooth, aromatic nose with aromas of wheat bread baking in the oven, honey, and subtle spices. The taste is thick and mouth-puckeringly spicy with white pepper, allspice, and a hint of cinnamon balanced by honey and vanilla notes. The finish is long with slowly fading spices and a touch of honey. Excellent! (December, 2019)
