The 2019 Black Friday bottling from The Whisky Exchange is a 21-year-old Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery – located somewhere between Forres and Elgin. The nose is full of tropical fruits with hints of pineapple, mango, lemon, and lime along with subtle spices and a hint of brown sugar. The taste is creamy and tart with citrus fruits, hints of cinnamon and brown sugar, a nice oaky touch, and a hint of apricots that comes out late and lingers through the finish along with subtle lingering touches of citrus fruits, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
