Adams Cask Strength
Country: Australia
Region: Tasmania
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 55%
Score: 92 Points
Adam Pinkard and Adam Saunders make their whisky in the Tasmanian town of Perth – not to be confused with the major Australian city of the same name. This is the cask-strength version of their Adams Port Cask single malt, and the nose has a hint of spearmint along with pine needles, red grapes, raisins, and toffee. The taste is fruity with notes of berry cobbler, clove, white pepper, raisins, and a hint of Christmas cake. The finish is long and fruity with a hint of spice. (August, 2019)
