This 21-year-old single cask bottling has an aromatic, warm, and spicy nose with touches of ginger, allspice, lemon zest, and a nice maltiness. The taste has white pepper, coriander, and crystallized ginger balanced by almond oil, dark chocolate, and a hint of toffee. The long finish has a lingering touch of ginger along with cocoa, almond oil, and dark chocolate. (July, 2019)
