These tasting notes are for the 2007 bottling, while there is also a 2005 bottling available from the same Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseur’s Choice range. The nose is floral with notes of honeycomb and barley sugar, The taste is tart and fruity with lemon zest, orange peel, a hint of lemon pepper spiciness, and linseed oil. The finish has a subtle tartness that lingers nicely. (November, 2018)
