Inchgower 27 (2018 Edition)
Country: Scotland
Region: Speyside
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 55.3%
Score: 93 Points
Inchgower makes its debut in the Diageo Special Releases series with this 27-year-old single malt finished in refill American Oak hogsheads. The nose is floral and fruity with dried flowers, hints of citrus, peaches, honey, and toffee notes. The taste is peppery and fruity with citrus, peaches, herbal touches of mint and basil, and hints of vanilla and toffee in the background. The finish is long and complex with hints of spices and tree fruits. Overall, excellent balance and complexity. (September, 2018)
