The nose on this classic Bourbon is full of caramel, vanilla, honey, muted spices, cocoa, and brown sugar. The taste has a great balance of spices and sweetness, with black pepper, chili powder, caramel, honey, vanilla, and brown sugar. The finish is long and smooth, with gently fading spices and a nice touch of honey. (January, 2016)
