The fourth and final edition of Supernova has a bold, peaty, and phenolic nose wth tar and creosote balanced by heather, smoked salmon, and a hint of brine. The taste is thick, oily, and pungent with peat, creosote, grilled meat, hints of clove, and a touch of grilled pineapple that adds a hint of tartness. The finish is long and smoky with a slight tartness. (December, 2015)
