Signatory Vintage Dallas Dhu 1982 Single Cask
Country: Scotland
Region: Speyside
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Signatory Vintage
ABV: 43%
Score: 92 Points
This single malt was matured in an ex-Sherry cask for 19 years before being bottled in 2001, and the nose is slightly rubbery and waxy with notes of licorice, citrus, and leather. The taste is full-bodied, tart, and peppery with lemon, banana, coconut, and touches of vanilla and toffee. The finish is subtle, lingering, and gentle. (November, 2015)
