Benromach 15. Image courtesy Benromach/Gordon & MacPhail. The nose is smooth and well-balanced with subtle spices and hints of honey, molasses, and oak. The taste is spicy with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, Christmas cake, toffee, and a note of licorice that builds up leading into the finish – which is subtle with that licorice touch and lingering Christmas cake, along with a hint of baked orange.
