The nose is aromatic and nutty with hazelnut, almond/marzipan notes, honey, and a hint of smoke. The taste is peppery with marzipan, honey, and caramel notes. The finish has a lingering peppery touch, hints of caramel candy sweetness and marzipan. (April, 2013)
