This 15-year-old malt from Highland Park’s Valhalla Collection series is complex with flavors that change constantly. The nose has notes of orange peel, peach, ginger, green apple, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is rich and complex with orange, a mild cinnamon spice, ginger, and hints of mango and grapefruit. The finish has tropical fruits and soft spices, and is long and full of flavor until it fades away. (April, 2013)
