The nose is warm, spicy, and inviting with oak, soft cinnamon, allspice, cocoa, and molasses notes. The taste is tart and spicy with lemon zest, cinnamon, and cilantro notes, along with hints of cocoa and brown sugar underneath. The finish is tart and long. Very nice! (February, 2013)
