The nose is creamy and smooth with soft allspice, brown sugar, caramel, almonds, and a hint of nutmeg. The taste has wonderful spices with cinnamon and clove that don’t overpower sweet honey and caramel notes and a slight nuttiness. The finish is smooth, mild, and lingering with soft spices and a hint of sweetness. (January, 2013)
