Glenglassaugh Evolution

Country: Scotland

Region: Highlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 57.2%

Score: 88 Points

Another one of the young malts produced since Glenglassaugh’s reopening, with a hint of smoke, honey, fresh berries, malt, and a hint of farm soil on the nose. The taste has a good mix of fresh fruits and cinnamon with soft smokiness, caramel candy, and nutmeg with a thick mouthfeel. The finish has lingering soft spices with a touch of citrus fruits. Young, but quite nice. (January, 2013)
