Producing WhiskyCast has given me the opportunity to taste some really amazing whiskies, and I’m pleased to share my tasting notes with you here. You can search my entire database of tasting notes from this page, and I hope you’ll find it useful.
These notes are for the Fall 2013 release of Pappy 15, which has a nose of roasted almonds, maple, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg. The taste is thick and spicy with chilli powder, black pepper, molasses, maple, and dark chocolate notes. The finish is long, mouth-filling, and spicy. (February, 2014)
