The nose is nutty with almonds, nutmeg, caramel candy, vanilla, and hints of clove and cocoa. The taste starts off smooth, then turns spicy with clove and mild black pepper notes, honey, vanilla, nutmeg, and a touch of almonds. The finish lingers with subtle clove, nutmeg, vanilla, almond, and chocolate notes. (November, 2013)
