The Brian Kinsman Interview

Brian Kinsman became the sixth Master Blender in the history of William Grant & Sons in 2009, following in the footsteps of his mentor, David Stewart. While Stewart continues to oversee The Balvenie’s single malt Scotch whiskies, Kinsman is responsible for Glenfiddich, the Grant’s blended Scotch whiskies, and the rest of the company’s portfolio. He’s been spending a lot of time recently on Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey following the opening of the Tullamore Distillery in late 2014, and that’s where WhiskyCast’s Mark Gillespie caught up with Kinsman for this interview.
