This Bourbon from Woody Creek Distillers is four years old, and the nose has a nice oakiness with hints of spice, honey, and dark chocolate. The taste is spicy with chili powder, allspice, and a hint of cinnamon along with caramel and honey in the background. The finish is long with subtle spices and a hint of oak. (September, 2018)
