This Canadian single malt from Yukon Spirits in Whitehorse, Yukon is part of the Two Brewers Peated series, and the nose has a subtle smokiness along with touches of black tea with honey, caramel, and hints of dried fruits in the background. The taste has great notes of campfire smoke, barbecue sauce, good spices, and hints of dried fruits with an excellent balance. The finish is long with a soft smokiness and a good balance of fruity notes and spices. Excellent! (February, 2019)
