Glenmorangie 30 Oloroso Cask Finish. Image courtesy Glenmorangie. This single malt was released in 2004, and the nose has notes of caramel, butterscotch, toffee, fudge, and subtle touches of dates and figs. The taste has good spices with black pepper, cinnamon, touches of anise and butterscotch, and a hint of toffee in the background. The finish is long and fades away gently with touches of anise, butterscotch, and caramel. Wow! (February, 2018)
