The nose has notes of ginger root, dried flowers, fresh berries, straw, and butterscotch. The taste is creamy at first, then turns fruity and tart with pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon zest, a hint of linseed oil, fresh berries, dried flowers, and a slightly herbal touch. The finish is long, smooth, and gently fading with touches of citrus, dried flowers, and fresh berries. (December, 2016)
