Image courtesy the Creative Whisky Company.This 30-year-old single grain whisky bottled by the Creative Whisky Company has a light and fruity nose with notes of lemon zest, peaches, vanilla, honey, dried flowers, and a touch of chocolate. The taste is spicy and tart with lemon zest, white pepper, butterscotch, dark chocolate, and hints of honey and vanilla. The finish is lingering and fruity with subtle pepperiness and a hint of butterscotch. (June, 2015)
