This single cask bottling from Douglas Laing’s Old Particular range has a fruity nose with touches of lemon zest, pineapple, peach, and banana notes, along with hints of coconut and ginger. The taste is tart and zesty with lemon and orange notes, a touch of lemon pepper spice, and hints of banana, coconut, and ginger underneath. The finish is fruity and lingering with fading spices.
