The nose has a sharp, biting peatiness with hints of orange peel, red grapes, heather, and honey. The taste has a good balance of peatiness and fruity sweetness with dark fruits, orange peel, ginger, and a touch of clove. The finish is smoky and intense with a blend of peat and campfire smoke and a soft fruitiness underneath. (January, 2014)
