The nose has notes of cocoa and roasted coffee beans, a soft peaty smokiness, wet oak, and honey. The taste starts out with coffee, caramel and hazelnut notes at first, then a fruity burst of orange peel and grapefuit wakens up the tongue. Smoky touches hold it all together. The finish is long and smoky with a touch of roasted coffee beans.  (April, 2013)
