The nose is full of figs, plums, toffee, baked orange peel, and has a subtle oakiness. The taste has notes of Christmas cake, plums, figs, hints of licorice and butterscotch, and touches of raisins and stewed prunes. The finish is long, smooth, and rich with Christmas cake, toffee, and a touch of prunes. (January, 2015)
