Collingwood 21 Canadian Rye. Image courtesy Brown-Forman. This limited release from Ontario’s Collingwood Distillery has a nose of ginger and nutmeg, fresh rye bagels, and a mild oakiness. The taste is spicy with ginger, nutmeg, linseed oil, and lemon peel, along with a hint of cinnamon. The finish is short and tart with subtle spices, linseed oil, and lemon peel notes. (January, 2014)
