The nose is warm with notes of fresh berries, red grapes, a soft oakiness, and hints of dates and plums. The taste is thick and fruity with a good balance of spices, sweet fruity notes, and a soft oakiness. The finish is long and rich with honey, fudge, and lingering spices. Very nice! (September, 2015)
