The nose is good and aromatic with notes of lemon peel, linseed oil, dried grass and flowers, and hints of honey and vanilla. The taste is tart and spicy with lemon peel, linseed oil, a touch of orange peel, and hints of clove and licorice. A splash of water opens it up nicely and accentuates the fruitiness. The finish is long and spicy with clove, lemon pepper, and a hint of honey. (October, 2013)
