The nose is aromatic with notes of bread dough, honey, molasses, dried apricots, banana chips, oak, and a subtle hint of wood smoke. The taste has notes of dark chocolate, honey, a good spicy touch of cinnamon, a hint of brown sugar, caramel candy, and charred oak underneath adding balance. The finish is smooth and lingering with a slight oakiness, dark chocolate, and caramel candy notes. Very nice. (April, 2015)
