anCnoc 1975 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Image courtesy anCnoc/Inver House. This is the second release of anCnoc 1975 single malt from Knockdhu Distillery, and it was matured in a combination of American Oak and Spanish Oak casks. The nose has notes of honey, lemon, and green tea balanced by banana, toasted coconut, vanilla, and apples. The taste is fruity and sweet with a good balance of green apples, bananas, vanilla, and hints of honey and lemon zest. The finish is smooth, fruity, and lingering with honey and lemon notes.
