Par Caldenby caught the whisky bug at an early age, but built a career as a lawyer in Sweden. The whisky bug first inspired him to write the book “Enjoying Malt Whisky” in 2006, and later to build his own distillery on Sweden’s West Coast. This week, Smögen Whisky marked the second anniversary of its first cask filling, and we’ll catch up with Par on WhiskyCast In-Depth.
